The Mini Cooper SE is the easiest EV to charge at home. It uses a J1772 inlet(no adapter needed for any Level 2 charger), and because its battery is relatively small, even a modest charger — or a good portable— refills it overnight with room to spare. You do not need to overspend on charging hardware.

Mini built the Cooper SE as a city car, and its smaller pack turns what is a chore for big SUVs into a non-event: plug in, and it is full by morning on almost anything.
