Start with your car's charge port — it narrows this to one choice. Buy the Lectron NACS version if your car has a native NACS port (a Tesla or a 2025-onward NACS car). Buy the WOLFBOX J1772 version if your car has a J1772 port, which is most non-Tesla EVs. Both are dual-level travel chargers; the connector, not quality, is the deciding factor.
